I'm back, baby.
For 15 years, I photographed families and the moments that matter most. From Florida to New York, and back to Florida again.
Then I stepped away to have my own kids — three wild, wonderful boys who have taught me firsthand how fast the days go and how beautifully imperfect family life can be.
Now I’m back behind the camera, refreshed and inspired.
I bring experience, calm energy, and a whole lot of patience into every session. I don’t expect kids to sit still — I photograph them as they are. Real, playful, and full of life.

About Me
Hi, I’m Darrah Arnheim — born and raised in Orlando (specifically Apopka), and now in Winter Garden. I’ve been married to my elementary school sweetheart for 12 years, and together we’re raising three wonderfully wild boys who keep life loud, messy, and full of love.
I started this business at 15 years old, photographed my first wedding in 2006, and built this business as a teenager. In 2013, my husband and I packed up and moved to New York, where I really grew this thing. There, I was voted "Best of Westchester" and photographed hundreds of families and businesses. For seven years, photography wasn’t just my job — it was my entire world.
Then came 2020, a baby, and a whole lot of perspective.
After welcoming my first son during the chaos of that year, we moved back to Florida to be closer to family. In September of 2023, I officially “retired” — but left the door wide open, just in case this work still had more for me. (Spoiler: it did.)
Now, with my two big boys in school and my youngest not far behind, I’m stepping back into photography with fresh energy, a calmer heart, and a deeper appreciation for the season I’m in. I’m ready to do what I love again.

-I specialize in natural light, easy-going photography. I photograph families, babies, seniors, businesses, and everything in between.
-I am only available on weekdays. Mornings and early evenings are best.
-Every session requires a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer to hold your date and time with me.
-My turn around time is two weeks.
